Alliance Management Visited SuperTerminal 1
Alliance management team visited SuperTerminal 1 (ST1) of the Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) on 29th April 2016.
The visit was kicked off with a video introducing Hactl’s operation and a brief presentation from Mr. Kenneth Chan, Executive Director of Hactl, and followed by a tour around SuperTerminal 1. It gave Alliance management team a rare insight into one of Hong Kong’s key logistical hubs and looked at how Hactl was incorporating sustainable practices into their 7-24 operations.
The team expressed that it was a great opportunity getting inspiration from the sophisticated logistics technology, automated handling systems and the professional operations systems. Echoing with Alliance’s vision and strategies, these would add value to our daily practices and operations.
