Alliance Staff Forum
Alliance Staff, our most valuable stakeholder, were invited to Staff Forum on 20th March 2016 at our new mega concrete batching plant at Tsing Yi Island. Staff from senior management to frontline, including our working partners, came together to surge two-way communication across Alliance.
Forum was held to allow top management to reflect the results of Alliance cultural survey conducted at the beginning of this year. It was to ensure Alliance would be in the very best shape to meet the challenges the future would bring us and this would be the first stage of ensuring this.
Management truly appreciate all the efforts and willingness to share. Throughout the forum, we shared feedback on both positives and areas for improvement, and most importantly, the actions that Alliance was going to take in response to the feedback and commitment in achieving them was explained.
To link with that, our Chief Executive Officer, David Hogan, and his succeeding CEO (currently General Manager-Concrete in Alliance), Vincent Yu, talked about Alliance’s vision and strategies and stress that each and every one of us from different teams plays an important role in achieving them.
A number of questions were raised in Q&A session. All participants then also took the opportunity touring around the new concrete batching plant with aggregate storage facility. This indeed was a different and for sure a great experience for both our staff and Alliance.
